Cole Krueger founded KM Building Company after more than a decade delivering multifamily, commercial, and tenant improvement construction projects.

A graduate of Boise State University (BBA, Supply Chain Management), Cole began his career as a laborer with a respected Treasure Valley general contractor and worked his way through roles including assistant superintendent, superintendent, project engineer, project manager, and executive leadership.

Throughout his career, Cole has delivered nearly 300 multifamily units, 100,000+ square feet of ground-up commercial construction, and dozens of tenant improvements.

Cole founded KM Building Company on the belief that successful projects are built on transparency, accountability, hard work, clear communication, and mutual trust.

Outside of work, Cole enjoys spending time with family and friends, getting outdoors around Idaho, and staying connected with the local community. He believes construction is ultimately about people and relationships, and that a sense of humor and mutual respect go a long way on any jobsite.
